Our timber is dry and sourced from local, PEFC-certified forests in the Ardennes region. It has been air-dried and is ready for use. The moisture content is 25% or less, which is why it is considered dry.
Furthermore, our company employs compliant, reliable, efficient, and environmentally friendly forestry practices.
For delivery, we have a loading crane on our truck, which we use to unload the logs for you. We take great pride in our company and guarantee you a pleasant customer experience.

Delivery
- Where do you deliver to?
Within France, to Germany, Belgium and to the border with the Netherlands. - Is delivery really free?
Yes. All prices already include delivery.
However, if you would like faster delivery, the price and delivery time for expedited shipping will be calculated on the shopping cart page after you have entered your delivery address (state and postal code). - How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes only 5 to 10 business days. You can find current delivery times on the respective product pages. - How is delivery handled?
We ship your orders using our own trucks. 24 hours before delivery, the truck driver will contact you to confirm your presence and gather any further information necessary for a smooth delivery (if this hasn't already been done). Once he arrives at your home, he will unload your order, if possible, right up to your storage location. - How big is the delivery truck?
We have several trucks that we use depending on your order and the access conditions to your home.
Specifically, we have trucks that are 10.30m long (19.20m with a trailer). This is the truck we use most often. We also have 12m and 15m long trucks.
Payment
- What payment methods do you offer?
Currently, we accept payments by debit card and bank transfer. Additional payment methods should be available in the next few days. - Can I pay cash on delivery?
Payment is made at the time of ordering. Once we receive your order, it will be placed in a payment queue. After your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We need 2 to 3 days to process your order. The status of your order in your account will then change from "Waiting for payment" to "Being processed." Your order will then be shipped, and we will send you an email confirming shipment, including delivery information.

- Do the prices include delivery?
Yes. The price includes delivery.
If you would like faster delivery, you can choose the paid shipping option (depending on your postcode) with better delivery times. - Why are your prices so low?
First, the prices shown do not include VAT. VAT is calculated on the checkout page and added to your order total if your billing address is in France.
We also fell and process the trees ourselves. We deliver directly from our 13 warehouses in France, Belgium, and Germany.
Finally, we are currently selling logs that we have stored since 2023 to make room for new stock. This is why we are currently offering special promotions. You will notice that the regular price is displayed right next to the promotional price on the product page of each discounted item.

- Which fuels do you suggest?
We offer logs, firewood, and wood pellets. - Where does your wood come from?
Our wood comes from the Ardennes Forest (PEFC-certified forests). This forest covers more than 10,000 km² between Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. - Are your wood pellets of good quality?
Absolutely. We offer only premium pellet brands. Certified according to DINplus or ENplus A1.

- When can I contact customer service?
Customer service is available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You can reach us via chat (directly on our website), WhatsApp, email, or phone between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
We will respond to emails within one business day. - Can I place an order through customer service?
Absolutely. We will process your order based on the information and instructions you provide and then send you your order and payment information via email after order confirmation. - Can I leave delivery instructions with customer service?
Absolutely. Regardless of the communication channel you use, your delivery instructions will be automatically forwarded to the driver assigned to deliver your order. Just make sure you do this before you ship your order.
